My Mom & Dad!!!!!

I wanted to write you a short note expressing my love to the most wonderful parents no child deserves. Mom and Dad, thank you for your caring love for me as your child, because no matter how old I am I will always be your child.

Thank you for the wonderful memories of watching my mother and father love each other.
I remember dad sitting in his recliner watching TV but really watching mom so when mom walked by dad would grab her and try to have her sit on his lap. Mom would always act as if she did not like it, but she did. Boy! My Dad really loves my Mom.

I remember mom having dinner ready for dad as soon as he came home from work. When dad would walk in the door mom would always greet dad, walk with dad to the bathroom, and tell dad all about her day. Boy! My Mom really loves my Dad.

I remember dad always working around the house painting this, repairing that, hanging those, planting all and dad always checking mom's list even checking it twice making sure everything looks just nice. Boy! My Dad really loves my Mom.
Now that I remember all of those loving moments it occurs to me how much my mom and dad still love each other as much today as they did now. I see this love when I come home to visit, there's my mom and dad sitting in different rooms next to each other playing on their computers back to back but knowing that each one is there if needed.
Mom, Dad what a blessing the both of you have been to me.
I have so much to be thankful for, but I would not have any of those blessings if it were not for the blessing of my Mom and Dad loving each other for many years

I LOVE U MOM & DAD..............................

Youth!!!!

Youth in not a time of life; it is a state of mind; it is not matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigour of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of the life

Youh means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite, for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 years. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul. Worry, fear, self-destrut bows the heart & turns & turns the sprit back to dust.

Wheather 60 or 16, there is in every human being's heart the lure of wonder, the unfailing childlike appetite of what's next & the joy of the game of living. In the centre of your heart & my heart there is a wireless station; so long as it recieves messeges of beauty, hope, cheer, courage & power from men & from the infinite, so long are you young..

When the arials are down, & your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism & the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as your ariels are up, to catch waves of optimism, there is hope you may die young at 80..........................................................................................

India's Origin of Science

Indian Scientific reserch and technological developements since independence in 1947 have recieved substantial political support and most of their funding from the govt. Science and technology initiates in India have been important aspects of the govt.'s five year plan and usually are based on fulfilling short-term needs, while aiming to provide the institutional base needed to achieve goals.
As INDIA has striven to develop leading scientist and worl-class research institutions goverment-sponsered scientific & technical developments have aided diverse areas such as Agriculture,Biotechnology,Cold regions reasearch,Communications,Enviroment industry,Mining industry,Nuclear power, space, and Transportations. As a result India has experts scientist in such feilds as Astronomy & Astrophysics, liquid crystals, condensed matter physics, molecular biology, virology, & crystallography. Observes have pointed out, however that India's emphasis on basic and theoretical research rather than on applied and technical applications has diminished the social and economic effects of the goverment's investments. In mid 1990s, govt. funds supported nearly 80% of India's research & developements activities but, as elsewhere in the economic sector, emphasis incersingly being put on independent non-govermental sources of support.
India has a long and proud scintific tradition. Nehru, in his Discovery of India published in 1946, praised the mathematical achievements of Indian scholars, who are said to have developed geometric theorems before Pythagoras did in the sixth century B.C & were using advanced methods of determining the number of mathematical combinations by the century B.C. By the fifth century A.D., Indian mathematicians were using ten numericals and by the seventh century were treting Zero as a number. These breakthrough, Nehru said,"Liberated the human mind..... and threw a flood of light on the behaviour of numbers." The conceptulization on of squares, rectangles, circles, rectangles, triangles, fractions, the ability to express the number ten to the twelfth power, algebric formulas, & astronomy had even more ancient origins in Vedic litreture, some of which was complied was as early as 1500 B.C. The concepts of astronomy, metaphysics, & perennial movements are all emboided in the Riga Veda. AAlthough such abstract concepts were further developed by the ancient Greeks & the Indian numeral system was popularized in the first millennium A.D. by the Arabs(the Arabic word for number, Nehru pointed out, is Hindhsah, meaning"from Hind(India)") their origin are a source of national pride........................
